Internet connection WiFi (intial setup and installation) and/or Cellular
Download Linux OS Emulator:
At the Google Play Store install UserLAnd
Create Linux Session on UserLAnd.
Open UserLAnd on device and select Debian or Ubunutu distributions.
When the new session begins you will be prompted to log into the terminal on the device.
Select Yes and provide password created during Linux distribution session creation.
Login and run:
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
sudo apt clean
Find IP address
On the Android Device goto Settings > Connections> WiFi >
Select the connection you are using and note the IP address.
SSH into device
On a Windows or Linux computer use a linux command line application to ssh into the Android
With IP provided previously configure linux command line application with proper IP, port 2022,
username and password you created when launching UserLAnd application on device.*
*MAKE SURE YOUR DEVICE IS ON SAME NETWORK AS COMPUTER
In the SSH terminal install openssh-sftp-server
sudo apt-get install -y openssh-sftp-server

With your favorite SCP client and upload your downloaded HarperDB.
Above is Windows 10 SCP client connected to my Galaxy Note 8.

Extract and install and start HarperDB
tar xf HarperDB-Community-Edition-ARM 8-2018-12-23-1.3.001.tar
Confirm HarperDB Works
After installation run harperDB.
